These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rungmoney.com and related services (the "Service") provided by Lovins Financial LLC, a Florida limited liability company, operating the Rung website ("we," "our," or "us").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By using Rung, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of the Service

Rung is an educational platform that helps young adults build financial confidence. We provide:

• A personalized financial roadmap based on your quiz answers
• Educational content on topics like budgeting, saving, investing, and debt
• Free tools such as a credit card optimizer and savings calculators
• Information about third-party financial products (e.g. high-yield savings accounts)

Rung is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment advisor, tax advisor, or law firm. We do not hold custody of your money, we do not execute transactions on your behalf, and we do not provide individualized financial advice.

3. Your Account

• You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• One account per person. Don't impersonate anyone else.
• Notify us immediately at lovinsnp@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission
• Upload malicious code or attempt to probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing us at lovinsnp@gmail.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to first contact us at lovinsnp@gmail.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved this way.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to a successor entity at any time.
